Sr Business Development Manager (ERP software solutions)

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing and enterprising Sr Business Development Manager experience in selling ERP software solutions to be an integral part of the sales team at B-square, demonstrate high level of understanding of business process, technologies and solution, and play a vital role in the sales process.

As a techno-functional expert, the presales consultant will work hand in glove with the sales team, helping build customer confidence by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the customers’ requirements, as well as by creating product demos, presentations, and collateral to show how B-Square meets these needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Providing detailed ERP software demonstrations spanning multiple industries.

Drive the Interaction with prospects to understand business processes.

RFI/RFQ/RFP response preparation and submission.

Preparation and setting up of general software demos.

Develop new business opportunities and expanding the Client base.

Online and onsite demonstration of software functionality to prospects/clients.

Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating B-Square Products.

Keeping abreast of industry, competition and technology trends and developments.

Skill Sets

Extremely sharp thinking: ability to quickly grasp customer requirements, conceptualize solutions and present ideas on the spot. This is a key requirement.

1. Ability to communicate one-to-one with top level business and IT managers of large global corporate houses

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences, demonstrating knowledge of domain and technology

4. Ability to work in a team environment

5. A clear and demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

6. Experience: 5-10 years
