This position plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, new customer acquisition, building strong customer relationships, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the ERP sales team.
Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and linked-in or any other online media to generate leads within the India market and other markets too.
Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, including CEOs, IT directors, and procurement managers.
Engage with prospects to understand their IT challenges, goals, and requirements, positioning our suitable ERP solution to their needs.
Articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions including ERP, CRM, SCM, addressing key pain points and differentiation.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and fit, and pass on qualified opportunities to the sales team for further engagement.
Route qualified opportunities to the senior sales team for further development and closure.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to contribute to overall company growth objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform lead generation strategies and messaging.
1. Prior experience in inside sales, preferably in ERP software sales.
2. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mind-set.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
6. A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about ERP solutions.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
8. Ambitious, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
