The Software is based on Users creating “Bill of Material” for the products manufactured and sold. The BOM can be multi level, enabling the components of the final product to be sold independently.

The order received is entered into the system. Based on ordered item, the system calculates and raises indent of the raw materials required. The indent also displays last purchase price.

The Indent is converted to Purchase Order by users. Selection of vendors, changes to quantity and rate are carried out by users.

The system keeps track of details of material received including part shipments. List of pending PO helps users to ensure effective follow-up.

The material issued is tracked through the system. Balance material availability is available at a click. Excess or double purchases is avoided. Valuation of stock is easier.
